Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Transportation Costs: The Client shall bear transportation costs related to equipment, materials, or personnel unless otherwise specified in writing.
  2. GST (Goods and Services Tax): Any applicable GST will be added to the invoiced amount as per prevailing laws.
  3. Unforeseen Circumstances and Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, war, epidemics, government orders). In such cases, obligations may be temporarily suspended until rectified.
